Lutheran Community Services Teen Living Program
In response to Christ's love,Lutheran Social Services serves and cares for people in need.
Description:
The Florence House provides supportive services to homeless teens with children. Teens are expected to attend school/work programs for a minimum of 20 hours a week. Residents attend weekly life skills/parenting groups within the program,as well as work on service planning goals and housing search. The programs goal is to provide services that enable these teen parents to live independently. The program is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
