The Selig J. Glick Jewish Home Hospice
To provide individualized and ethical care to meet the needs of people of all faiths , in their homes or our facility, in the last phase of life. We emphasize comfort and dignity. Hospice care is centered on the patient, family and caregiver. We respect and respond to the unique differences in family or caregiver, lifestyle, values and wishes.
Description:
Volunteers give of their time, talents, presence and peace. They bring comfort and strength and are a vital part of our program, serving as a calm in the storm, a sacred gift to those facing the end of life.
History:
The Jewish Home Hospice was established in January of 2006 and is an affiliate of the Jewish Healthcare Center in Worcester. Our goal is to provide individualized and ethical care to meet the needs of people of all faiths in their last phase of life.
