Great Brook Valley Health Center is committed to creating access to high quality, comprehensive health care for all people. Governed by its patients, the Health Center is dedicated to maintaining strong standards of excellence while respecting the diversity, dignity and confidentiality of its patients and staff.

Description:
Great Brook Valley Health Center is a community health center open to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. We accept all health insurances and assist with MassHealth and other health insurance applications. We provide medical, dental, mental health, health education, and social services. To meet patient needs, our integrated model of care includes medical, dental, mental health, pharmacy, case management, health education, social services, and a variety of specialty services including nutrition counseling, optometry, ophthalmology, infectious disease, dermatology, gastroenterology, urology, orthopedics, pulmonology, general surgery, ultrasound/mammography, and cardiology.

History:
Great Brook Valley Health Center was founded in 1972 to provide quality care to low income residents of Central Massachusetts. Specializing in language and culture appropriate care, we develop innovative programs to meet the health care needs of existing and emerging immigrant and minority communities.
