VIA MASSACHUSETTS TURNPIKE
Take Exit 10 (Auburn/Worcester Exit) and follow Route 290 toward Worcester. Take Exit 13 (Vernon Street). Stay in right lane and follow the ramp up to the traffic light. You will see a one-way street directly across from you (Jefferson Street), going up hill. Cross Vernon Street to Jefferson and follow to the top of the hill, where it intersects with Providence Street. Our building is a large light brown stucco Victorian--with a tile roof and stained glass--immediately on your right. Take a right onto Providence Street, and enter parking lot through the second driveway, entering office by the ramp to the first door.FROM PROVIDENCE and points SOUTH of WORCESTER Follow Rte. 146 North through Millbury, MA to Worcester. Look for the intersection of Routes 146 and 20. Continue on Rte. 146, underneath the Rte. 20 overpass, for approximately 1 ½ miles. You will come to a traffic light. Turn right and head up Providence Street. Continue for approximately 1 mile to a 4-way intersection (markers=Girls, Inc. and St. Vincent Hospital). Continue straight through the intersection, and travel for another block to a 4-way stop sign intersection. Continue travelling on Providence Street for another block (Worcester Academy will be on your right, a pizza shop on your left), then look for the Oak Hill CDC office on your left--we're located in a large, light brown stucco building with stained glass windows. Enter parking lot through the first driveway, entering office by the ramp to the first door.FROM points NORTH of WORCESTER--VIA ROUTE 290
Take I-495 South to I-290 West to Worcester (about 12 miles). Take Exit 13 (Rte. 122/Grafton Street/Posner Square). Stay straight on the ramp to the intersection with Harrison Street. Turn left, going uphill and back over the highway. Follow Harrison Street to a 4-way stop intersection (a convenience store will be right in front of you), and turn right onto Providence Street. Continue up Providence Street for 2 blocks. The CDC is on the right, located in a large, light brown stucco Victorian with a tile roof and stained glass, with a brightly-colored mural in the side yard. Enter the parking lot from the 2nd driveway on your right, entering office by the ramp to the first door.
FROM points NORTH of WORCESTER--VIA ROUTE 190
Take Route 190 South into Worcester. It will merge with I-290. Follow directions above.
