Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Every fall dedicated young musicians from all over Central Massachusetts come together to spend their Sunday afternoons discovering the world of symphonic music. Over the year they experience some of history’s greatest composers, perform in our State’s finest Venues and forge friendships that last a lifetime.

In these tough economic times the orchestra seeks to reach out to those youth in our community that have financial need to participate in the orchestra whether it is through providing scholarships, lesson tuition assistance, or even help providing instruments.

We are looking for someone with fund raising and grant writing background to help us identify and apply for funding to make this experience available to as many youth as possible in Central Massachusetts.

Volunteers should have experience in fund raising or grant writing.
