Volunteer Opportunity Details:
| Last updated on December 31, 2009 |
Residents in southeast Baltimore will be planting street trees to bring more shade, more color and better air quality to their neighborhoods. Some of these city-donated trees are heavy and we need help planting them in tree pits. We also will be planting in parks. Southeast Baltimore has very little tree coverage--a condition we want to change! Help us turn Baltimore sidewalks from a hard-scape to a green-scape!
Volunteers should be available for orientation and training. This opportunity is sponsored by: Southeast Community Development Corporation
