Description:
Heartland provides Home Care, Hospice and Infusion services in a 60 mile radius of St. Cloud.
We strive to provide quality care no matter the level of our patients' health. Whether they're recovering from an injury, healing after surgery or facing the unique challenges of a chronic illness, we care for their mind, body and spirit and those of their family and loved ones. The Hospice program uses volunteers to assist the care team in providing socialization and support to our clients, and support and respite to their families. Hospice care is provided wherever the client resides: in their own homes, foster homes, Assisted Living and Nursing Homes.

History:
Heartland has been providing services to the St. Cloud area and surrounding communities since 1993. We serve clients living within a 60 mile radius of St. Cloud. We need more volunteers from St. Cloud and the surrounding communities to help us serve the needs of our clients.
