Disability Linkage Line/Southeaster Center For Independent Living

The Disability Linkage Line provides Information, Assistance and Referral to persons with disabilities, family members, professionals, caregivers, etc. We focus primarily on helping people find answers in as seamless a fashion as possible including collaborating/networking with multiple agencies and providers across the State. We provide the majority of our assistance over the phone and email through 4 call centers in the State of Minnesota through the MinnesotaHelp Network of the Department of Human Services and Disability Services Division. All 4 call centers are in Minnesota, and are under the leadership of Centers for Independent Living.
