The mission of Great River Area Faith in Action is to use our hearts and hands to create a more caring community.
Description:
We provide volunteer services to assist the elderly, disabled and those in need to stay in their homes with dignity as long as it is safe for them to do so. We have four main programs: The Heritage Program, The Bridging Project, Caregiver Program, The Great Room

We have been serving all of Sherburne and parts of Wright County for the past 6 years.
