Casa Guadalupe
Casa Guadalupe seeks to improve the lives of the local Latino population. Ministers within Latino community, sensitive to its language and culture.
Facilitate the process of cross cultural enrichment, empower. accompany, and acts as advocates for and with our Latino sisters and brothers.
Description:
Casa Guadalupe offers Catholic religious ministry, bilingual social services and English classes. We offer a Spanish Mass at 7:00pm on Saturdays at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Cold Spring. During the week we offer social services and education programs to kids and adults.
History:
In July of 1998, Casa Guadalupe was started in Cold Spring by the Benedictian's sisters to help the needs of the growing Latino population.
In February 199, there was a recognizable increase in the number of Hispanics living and working in this area
