The Assumption Campus pursues excellence in providing a continuum of health and residential services in a Christian environment, and includes Assumption Home, Assumption Court Assisted Living, and John Paul Apartments.

Description:
The Assumption Campus is conveniently located in the center of Cold Spring, bordered by a picturesque garden, park, elementary school playground and Community Senior Center. The campus includes an 80-bed nursing home (Assumption Home), a 61-apartment HUD complex (John Paul Apartments), and a 59-independent living apartment complex (Assumption Court). The campus is also adding a memory loss unit that shout be completed in 2010.

History:
The original Assumption Home opened in 1963, through the efforts of the St. Boniface Parish, community organizations and concerned individuals. Through the years it has adapted to changing needs. In 1980, through a HUD development program, John Paul Apartments was built, which added a 61-apartment facility and an enclosed walkway to or main service area which was completed in 1984. This included a chapel, family room, craft room, four lounges and two dining rooms and a park for conducting many resident activities. Another expansion in 2005 added Assumption Court, which provides 59 independent living apartments, with congregate & assisted living services, indoor garages, a library and enclosed walkway to Assumption Home, a place where senior citizens can live independently in their own apartment home, but also have the contact with other senior citizens through community sponsored activities. The Assumption Campus currently serves the communities Rockville, Cold Spring and Richmond, Minnesota (ROCORI Community).
