The Central MN Council on Aging is committed to maintaining the highest level of independence with older people by developing and coordinating community care, reducing isolation and improving access to services.
Description:
Our mission statement reflects the emphasis of the Council on Aging on helping older people maintain their independence. We serve the Central MN Counties of Benton,Cass,Chisago,Crow Wing, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Pine, Sherburne, Stearns, Todd, Wadena and Wright.
To assist older adults we offer a variety of services such as our Senior LinkAge Line 1-800-333-2433, Volunteer Health Insurance Counseling, and Information Referral and Assistance for Older Adults, Family members Caregivers, or Agencies.
