The mission of Country Manor Health Care Campus is to enrich the quality of life for the individuals and families we serve.
We strive to provide superior health care and services in a hometown setting.
Description:
Country Manor is a health care facility that administers to the needs of the elderly and disabled in a variety of settings including long-term care, sub-acute care, assisted living and independent living senior apartments. Our Champion Rehabilitation Center is open to those needing outpatient services as well. For the younger generation we offer childcare at our Kids Country Daycare located on the west end of the campus.
