Volunteer Opportunity Details:

WSC has several discussion groups, one being Women Sharing Wisdom which is a group that consist of 55 plus Women who are interested in current issues that relate to women. This group meets every Friday from 10 to 11 am. The format of the sessions begins with a speaker, documentary, or special event for the first half and an open discussion for the second half. Each time the group meets a new topic of discussion and presenter are required. As a Discussion Facilitator you would be setting up the monthly schedules of speakers, confirming the speakers and their needs, and facilitating the group when they meet. When choosing topics always keep in mind that the audience is women 55 and better in age.
