Volunteer Opportunity Details:

The Friends Bookstore volunteers are people who love books, have a vital interest in the St.Cloud Public Library and enjoy working with the general public. Volunteers assist customers in finding books, sell books, restock and straighten shelves. The Friends Bookstore is open 12-8 Monday, 12-6 Tuesday through Friday, 10-4 Saturdays. Volunteers work 2 hours shifts except Saturdays when the shifts are 3 hours.

Volunteers work a 2 hour shift every other week or volunteer to be on the substitute list. Orientation is with the Bookstore manager. Following orientation new volunteers work 1-2 shifts with an experienced volunteer.
