Position opening: ASSISTANT PROGRAM MANAGER INTERN Basic function: The Assistant Program Manager Intern is directly responsible to the Program Manager for the delivery of quality programs at a designated KIDSTOP site. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota will hire up to 12 APM interns for KIDSTOP sites per semester. Responsibilities: Plans, develops, coordinates, promotes and evaluates programs under the general supervision of the Program Manager. Leads a variety of program activities in all program areas. Help with training of program staff and volunteers. Maintain adequate program supplies which are consistent with site budgets. This person will also prepare weekly and monthly program schedules and assume full responsibilities in the absence of the Program Manager.
