Volunteer Opportunity Details:

The volunteer will assist the teacher by working with one or more adult learners in an independent study classroom setting, or in a teacher-led ESL classroom. Subject areas may include: basic reading, writing, and math; life skills; employability skills; listening, speaking, reading, and writing English; leading discussions of American life and customs; testing; and record keeping. Attend a two-hour orientation, provide own transportation; provide three written references, and attend in-services. This opportunity is sponsored by: Central MN Adult Basic Education
