Volunteers in Blood Services are part of a team of people who help blood donors through the donation experience. Together this team helps to meet the needs of patients in our community.
*Greeter - Greet donors warmly and thank them for coming. Distribute reading materials and help start them in the blood donation process.
*Canteen - Serve refreshments to donors after they have donated. Observe donors for possible reactions. Make donor comfortable and thank them for coming.
We have bloodmobiles at our chapter office each Monday, Thursday and Friday as well as scheduled mobiles in the community. This can be a regular volunteer job or you can be on our call list.
Training is provided the first day you volunteer.  This opportunity is sponsored by: American Red Cross - MN - St. Cloud
