Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Create, plan and conduct a weekly or bi-weekly group of male residents in different activities. Serve beverages, food and socialize with residents before and after a specific activity. Assist residents with interaction among the group.

Be able to plan and conduct group activities. Enjoy socializing with older people in a nursing home setting. Have good communication skills and be able to increase voice volume as needed. Attend a one hour volunteer orientation.
