Our group, the Lucky Ladybugs, is a group of people dedicated to raising money and awareness of cystic fibrosis, a deadly genetic disease affecting 30,000+ Americans. All of our volunteer efforts directly benefit the national Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (cff.org).

Description:
The Lucky Ladybugs is a team name created by Carla and Lauren, two awesome young women who have been battling wit CF their whole lives, for the Great Strides fundraising walk held annually in Madison, WI by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF). Our team keeps growing, and continues to develop new fundraisers to help raise money for the CFF's Great Strides campaign.

History:
Carla and Lauren have been fundraising for the CFF through Great Strides for several years, but have combined their efforts for Great Strides 2009 as the Lucky Ladybugs: Flying Towards a Cure.
