Description:
Oak Park® Place’s newest community opened June 1, 2006. The beautiful new site is located on Madison’s growing east-side just off Cottage Grove Road and I-90 at 718 Jupiter Drive, Madison, WI 53718.
History:
It’s all brand new, part of Grandview Commons and anchors the west end of a multi-family (single family, duplex, apartments) residential neighborhood. The Oak Park® at Grandview Commons features the full continuum of care and exemplifies the organization’s commitment to providing Madison’s seniors the opportunity to age in place.
