The Grassroots Leadership College starts from the idea that everyone is a learner, everyone is a teacher, everyone is a leader.
From that vision the Grassroots Leadership College matches developing leaders with skilled volunteer coaches from throughout the community to work together on projects and take part in leadership development classes oriented toward developing strong neighborhoods and community.
