Description:
Our Assisted Living accommodates 24 residents and our Skilled Nursing facility can accommodate 67 residents. We have 24-hour skilled nursing, we coordinate physician services and pharmacy services. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy, choices in social and recreational activities in comfortable common areas. Therapeutic and specialized dietary services complete with three nutritious meals a day plus snacks. Individual care planning and regular assessments. Comfortable private and semi-private accommodations.

Four Winds Manor has been privately owned for approximately 35 years. Our facility is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Verona, WI.

From University Ave: Take Midvale Blvd, go under the beltline bridge,(turns into Verona Road), follow Verona Road (18/151) to the first Verona business exit, follow road into town (you will see a McDonalds, Culvers on your right), Take the first left onto Lincoln Street (you will see a white house w/black shutters {"Frog Bog"})Go two streets down and turn to the right onto Schweitzer Drive. Four Winds Manor is on the left side of the road just past Four Winds Lodge. From Beltline: East or West; Take the 18/151 exit to Verona Road, follow Verona Road to the first business exit, follow road into town (you will see McDonald's and Culvers on the right) take the first left onto Lincoln Street (you will see a white house with black shutters {"Frog Bog"}), Go two streets down and turn right onto Schweitzer Drive.
