Looking for volunteer hours between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. during the week? Care Wisconsin's two adult day centers are looking for energetic and caring volunteers to help with a range of activities.

Our two adult day centers provide safe, supportive places for older adults with medical, physical or cognitive concerns to spend the day. The Gathering Place is the region's only day center exclusively for people with Alzheimer's or other memory loss conditions. Our other adult day center, Connections, serves individuals with chronic diseases, physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, chronic mental illnesses, and other conditions. Our fleet of 21 vans provides transportation to the Day Centers. We also have an onsite rehabilitation and dental clinic.

We would love your help with serving meals, helping out with daily activities, crafts, and events. Perhaps you have a special talent that you would like to share with the older adults such as playing an instrument, singing, or something else. We encourage you to bring your talents to the day center and share with us!

Volunteers do undergo a background check just as employees do.
