Volunteer Opportunity Details:

We are looking for a dynamic, engaging positive volunteers to help serve our guests at the Madison Hostel. You will be help answering questions at our front desk and throughout the hostel.

Duties include:

• Giving guests tours of hostel
• Showing them to their rooms
• Answering common questions about the hostel and Madison
• Giving suggestions of place to see, eat, visit, etc.
• Help give bus or walking directions
• Help updating our Madison Events Board
• May help with various front desk tasks as desired.
• Flexible position and description
  
  

Skills needed:

• Comfortable answering common questions about Madison.
• Knowledge about Madison's attractions, restaurants, buses etc.
• Interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
• Foreign language skills a plus but not needed
