Volunteer Opportunity Details:
| Last updated on June 30, 2009 |
Do you have an hour to two per week to help out a neighbor in need? We currently have several clients who are looking for volunteers to take them grocery shopping and on other errands weekly. It is vital to seniors and those with disabilities to get out and get the supplies they need, especially as the weather gets warmer. Weekly trips to the grocery store, pharmacy and other small errands typically take only an hour or two and can be scheduled when it is convenient for you. Volunteers are especially needed on the East side of Madison.
