Volunteer Opportunity Details:

It’s about providing youth the opportunity to take part in events and activities they otherwise would likely not experience. Responsibilities include researching Madison and the surrounding cities and communities for events that fall in line with the program goals, helping plan and organize major trips related to the leadership development goal for LIGHT, assisting with the scheduling and planning of activities and events for LIGHT, and helping with the creative advertising of these scheduled activities amongst the youth in Madison.

This volunteer opportunity would require 1-5 hours per week for researching, planning, and organizing the activities and events
Attending a majority of the events is encouraged, but not required.
A commitment of an academic semester or more is preferred.
