As a Activity Aid Assistant you will work under the direction of the Activity Directors and assist with the scheduled Activities for residents of the Health Care Center or the Alzheimer's Unit at Capitol Lakes. You will provide companionship, recreational and socialization experiences for our residents.

The Activity Aid Assistant Volunteer will assist the Activity Director in carrying out planned activity programs for the residents of Capitol Lakes Retirement Services. You will assist the staff with recruiting residents for the activity, escorting the residents to the activity, setting up and cleaning up and assisting the residents during the activities as needed. Interested candidates for this position should have a pleasant, friendly attitude and enjoy working with older adults. You will also be provided with a general agency orientation program and receive on-the-job training. Company paid background check will be required.
