*CURRENTLY ALL POSITIONS ARE FILLED*

We are looking for volunteers to fill vacancies beginning January 2010. Each volunteer would be asked to commit 4-6 hours, one day per week until the end of the spring semester. The duties primary include answering calls, general office work including clerical work, delivery/pick-up of documents, and research and writing,. Additionally qualified volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in cases, as appropriate.

Training will be based on an individual's knowledge, skills, and abilities. We are seeking volunteers who are college students or professionals with some comfort and experience answering phones and performing clerical duties, including copying and faxing. Volunteers will ideally have an interest in the law in general, and using the law to serve low-income individuals in particular.
