The Dane County Food Pantry Network's Thanksgiving Basket Program provides food baskets to thousands of Dane County area household in need of help with food for the holiday. Applications for this program are taken by telephone and volunteers are needed to staff the phone lines during the application period on Tuesday, October 27 and Wednesday, October 28. Brief training is provided. Basic computer skills are required and volunteers who are bi-lingual in English and Spanish are especially needed.
