The United Way Volunteer Center's 2005 Holiday Wish Book is filled with ways you can help others during the special time of year. Examples include: visiting or leading holiday sing-alongs with residents of a nursing home wrapping gifts to be given to area families distributing holiday food baskets and toys delivering meals to older adults donating food for holiday baskets helping at area holiday events contributing a gift or two for area children You can do something on your own or with your family, neighbors or a group from work!
