The C.I.T.Y. Program

Our mission is to significantly reduce commitment of juvenile offenders to State Correctional Institutions. We provide an array of services through a Day Treatment Program, to the youth and to their families, including individualized behavior modification, group counseling, individual counseling, family counseling, academic remediation/GED training, preparation for continued education or employment, and therapeutic recreational activities.
