COMFORT CARE HOSPICE

The purpose of Comfort Care Hospice is to provide palliative care to terminally ill patients and their families in their home. We will seek to enhance the quality of life for the terminally ill patients as well as their families through the provision of social, emotional, spiritual, and bereavement services.

Description:
Comfort Care Hospice has a team approach to healthcare. Our services include nursing visits by an RN, home care aides, medical social services, spiritual support, all medication & equipment related to the disease, grief support for 1 year, and volunteers.
