Mental Health America
Our mission is to promote mental health, prevent mental illness, and to improve the care and treatment of the mentally ill. We have recently changed our name nationwide from the Mental Health Association to Mental Health America.
Description:
Services include advocacy, educational programs for the public ("I'm Thumbody" Program, "Dare to Dream" Program), information, Operation Santa Claus for patients, Summer Day Camp for children in "Emotional Conflict" Workshops, Parenting classes, Stress and Anger Management classes, Teen Stress and Anger Management classes, and Domestic Violence Prevention classes.
