The Humane Society of Etowah County needs volunteers who are VERY adept at dealing with animals (mainly small dogs) and people to help coordinate adoptions of the many pets housed at the Society.
This volunteer would go to different special events and/or adoption sites with some of the pets and help prospective pet parents complete adoption applications.
Volunteers in this position would need to provide their own transportation as well as transport for animals. Other than that, just having good 'animal' sense and being able to tell if prospective parents will be good with the pet they want to adopt.  This opportunity is sponsored by: RSVP Of Etowah County
