Volunteer Opportunity Details:

The Center for Grieving Children's mission is to provide loving support to grieving children, teens, families and the community through peer support, outreach, and education. We honor and encourage the safe expression of grief and loss while providing a loving community to foster the discovery and development of each child's own resiliency and emotional well-being.

We are currently looking for some help in our office to help answer the main phone line and direct calls to staff; greets guests with a smile and answers questions about The Center’s programs. You will also help with data entry, preparations for fundraising events, correspondence, and other office duties as assigned. You will be the face and voice of our organization.

Qualifications: Basic knowledge of computer and data entry helpful but not required, a good sense of humor, problem-solving ability, confidentiality, dependability.
Support: Training for this position will be provided. In addition, the Administrative Assistant and Development Assistant will be available for questions and help.
Hours: Willing to work with your schedule.
