I am not a volunteer ,but have a valuable message for volunteers!!!!

Hi, I am a canadian nurse who worked at the Barron Center 11 for a few years. I can't tell you how much I loved the Barron Center! I would go back to the Barron Center in a flash.. It was a wonderful experience for me. I loved the residents and staff that I worked with. I have had many wonderful unbelievable experiences during my 24 years of nursing and am proud to be able to say the Barron Center and the people who live and work there has been part of it. A great place!!!!

I worked for the Barron Center II for about a year.I found the Barron Center to be the BEST place I have ever worked. I felt the staff was very caring toward their residents and to each other as well. I felt the management and supervisors were sensitive to the needs of their employees. I also was impressed (as a single mother) as to how family oriented the facility was for their staff. I would recommend the Barron Center to anyone who was thinking of working of placing a loved one there. It just doesn't get much better!!!
