Community Health and Counseling Services: Volunteer Reflections
Overall Experience
CHCS is an awesome agency which I would reccomend to anyone looking for a place to volunteer.
I will soon be graduating from the University of Maine with a bachelors in social work. I chose to fulfill my senior internship at Community Health and Counseling (CHCS)in Bangor on The ACT Team. Although this was not the typical volunteering experience, I felt compelled to write and let others know that my experience at CHCS as a student intern was wonderful. I would highly reccomend this agency to anyone looking for a volunteer opportunity.
