The Epilepsy Foundation of New Jersey as part of the Family Resource Network of New Jersey is dedicated to offering individuals and their families with continuing needs the greatest opportunities, resources and services to support a full and happy life.
Description:
EFNJ currently provides services across the state for families with children with developmental disabilities including, Autism, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida etc. Our services range from information and referral to direct respite and recreation services, trainings and support. We have regional offices in Parsippany, Brick, Trenton, Westmont and Mannasquan.
History:
For over thirty five years the Epilepsy Foundation has been a leader in providing families with "whatever it takes". We are currently the largest single provider of these services in New Jersey. In order that we identify ourselves to the diverse population we serve we put the Epilepsy Foundation of NJ under a new umbrella organization called the "Family Resource Network". The other affiliates under this umbrella are "Autism Family Services of New Jersey", "Caregivers of New Jersey" and the "Family Support Center of New Jersey".
