Reading Partners is an adult education tutoring program. Tutors teach reading and writing, GED test prep., ESOL, or computer basics.

Description:
Reading Partners volunteers work one-on-one with adults or out-of-school youth teaching reading and writing, English, basic computer skills, or GED test preparation. Volunteers go through a 5-session training, then meet with students at least once a week at the Wareham Free Library or elsewhere in town. No previous teaching experience is needed. Tutors will be provided with materials and support throughout their tutoring experience.
