We build truly affordable housing for families through a cooperative effort involving donated materials, donated land, volunteer builders and required 'sweat equity' by our chosen families.

History:
Buzzards Bay Area Habitat is an affiliate of Habitat International and was chartered in 1996. We cover the towns of Acushnet, Marion, Mattapoisett, Rochester, Fairhaven and Wareham. Recently, we were approved to expand our mission to New Bedford and Dartmouth.
