Our group's first project will be to knit small blankets we call "Snuggles" and donate them to local animal shelters. Snuggles not only give physical comfort but psychological comfort as well, and not only for the animals. The wonder of the Westport Knittens project is how it will bridge generation gaps and open doors to community involvement, while helping homeless animals in our local shelters. Please help!!
