SolAmor Hospice

At SolAmor Hospice we are dedicated to supporting patients with terminal illnesses as well as their families, and we firmly believe that no one should die alone. Our mission is to preserve each patients dignity and to alleviate the fear associated with dying through pain control, comfort care, and symptom management.

Description:
SolAmor Hospice provides a range of medical and support services. Through an interdisciplinary approach, our dedicated staff members focus on helping to ease pain while providing psychosocial and spiritual support to patients as well as to family members.
SolAmor employs a variety of individuals including the following: Nurses, Social Workers, Bereavement Counselors, Home Health Aides, Chaplains, and Volunteer Coordinators.

History:
SolAmor currently operates seven offices in four states. Formerly known as Preferred Hospice, SolAmor hospice officially joined the Sun family of companies in September 2006.
