The American Liver Foundation, CT Chapter will be hosting a 5K fun Walk and festival to raise funds for liver research and education. Supporters are asked to organize a team of ten or more Team Members and each person is to try and raise a minimum of $150.00. Members who raise more funds can register for prizes. The event will begin with a Kickoff Breakfast for Team Captains on Saturday, July 18th at 9:00 AM, Rentschler Field in East Hartford, CT. The Walk will be on September 13th at 9:00 AM also at Rentschler Field. This day is fun for the whole family including games, face painting, health testing and information, magicians, clowns, snacks and more! Please contact Marla for information on how to start a team or volunteer for this event. Volunteers are needed on both days to help with logistics as well. Help us tackle the fight against liver disease by participating in this fun day.

The chapter office is located on Washington Ave./Route 5 in North Haven. This location is between exit 11 and 12 off of Interstate 91. 127 Washington Ave is located in a building with the Citizen's Bank in the bottom floor, the ALF office is on the 2nd floor. |
