The American Liver Foundation, Connecticut Chapter, is hosting Annual Memorial Golf Classic to be held July 23, 2009 at Mohegan Sun Country Club at Pautipaug in honor of Stacia Mabry, a young woman who lost her battle with Wilson’s disease.

Schedule of the Day:
11:00 AM Registration
12:00 PM Lunch
1:00 PM Shotgun Start

Your Day Includes
• Green fees & power carts
• Use of driving range for practice
• “Tee Off” Lunch

• Hole in One Grand Prize

Several levels of participation are available from $5,000 sponsors (four golfers and signage/recognition) to $200 for individual golfers.

Tournament Format
Scramble
Soft-spiked shoes only
Collared shirts with sleeves
No jeans, cutoffs or tennis length shorts
Tournament held rain or shine

The chapter office is located on Washington Ave./Route 5 in North Haven. This location is between exit 11 and 12 off of Interstate 91. 127 Washington Ave is located in a building with the Citizen's Bank in the bottom floor, the ALF office is on the 2nd floor.
