- General Administrative Support: Assist staff by answering telephones, filing documents, sending mailings, and performing other administrative needs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop office skills and learn about nonprofits.
- Fundraising/Grant Writing Assistant: Help our staff research and write grants. Join a team to plan annual fundraising events, including the Run for Refugees on Super Bowl Sunday, and World Refugee Day- Art of Survival every June. Event planning includes administrative tasks and soliciting sponsors and in-kind donors.
Volunteers must be aged 16 or older. We ask all volunteers to submit a volunteer application with references (found online at www.irisct.org). We will then contact you to arrange an orientation/training.  This opportunity is sponsored by: IRIS- Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services
