No family affected by childhood cancer should be without support. 

The Tommy Fund for Childhood Cancer is dedicated to providing educational, emotional, medical, and recreational support to children with cancer and their families. 

On June 30th, 2008 The Tommy Fund will hold its Annual Invitational Golf Tournament to benefit the families of Yale-New Haven Hospital who have had to deal with hardships involved with childhood cancer.  Volunteers of all ages are needed to help run the wide variety of jobs involved with the event, which is set to be held at The Farms Country Club in Wallingford, CT.  Registration begins at 10am and the day's events will include a putting challenge, buffet lunch, shotgun tee-off, cocktail hour, dinner, and awards ceremony.  Volunteers of all skill sets are welcome and now is a great time to register to volunteer for this fun opportunity that will help make a huge impact in the lives of so many.
