Last updated on May 9, 2008
Logo

Summer food picks up where school lunch leaves off, providing healthy, nutritious lunches to over 1,100 children and youth at 18 sites through Portland. Volunteers assist on a daily basis at the sites to get food delivered, set up, engage and supervise kids having lunch.

Training and support will be provided to someone who is highly organized communicator, who is comfortable making phones calls, has good group skills and can serve as a go-between between the summer food program director, the volunteers, and the food sites. It's a really important job!
