Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Last updated on November 20, 2009

The Center for Grieving Children is looking for an individual or small group to help maintain a welcoming and clean environment where we can effectively carry out our mission of supporting grieving children, teens and families. The position requires a weekly or bi-weekly commitment to come tidy up and clean our kitchen areas. Everything from wiping down counters, and putting away dishes, to organizing supplies. We have one kitchen in our group area which families and volunteers use in the evenings and another for staff and volunteers in the administrative area. Both are crucial to providing a feels-like-home environment for our families.

No training is required for this opportunity but we would love for anyone interested to come to The Center to see the building and hear about our programs.
