The Financial Coordinator, along with a committee of volunteers, will set up opportunities to raise about $12,000 for operating costs of the conservation center. This could include offering workshops or events at the Spruce Acres Refuge; setting up displays and fund raising tables at community events, parades, and other public places; doing a letter writing campaign; and/or writing grants.
